Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
They govern the website alone. They are not the terms on which we license, implement or support Engage, Subtrac, Vero or any other product: those live in a signed agreement with the institution concerned, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
The site is informational
Everything here describes what we do and what we are building. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or financial, legal, regulatory or professional advice.
Whether a product suits an institution depends on its customers, its market, its systems and its regulatory position. Nothing on this page has been written with your circumstances in mind, and it is not a substitute for your own assessment.
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either, and we may change or withdraw any of it without notice.
Products, previews and concepts
The site describes several kinds of thing, and they are not all at the same stage. This clause sets out what each represents.
- PRODUCT PREVIEWS
- The Engage, Subtrac and Vero images are concept illustrations, not live product screenshots and not a depiction of any customer deployment.
- AGRIO AND THE SECTOR CONCEPTS
- Agrio and the travel and hospitality, construction and field services, NGO and nonprofit, and crew-management concepts are proposed applications of Vero. They are not launched standalone products.
- CAPABILITIES
- Features, integrations, connections and availability depend on the product, the market and the implementation agreed with each institution or development partner. A capability described here is not a commitment that it is available to you.
Examples, AI and Open Banking
The payment scenarios on this page — a business adding overseas suppliers, overlapping subscriptions, team spending across projects — are illustrative. They show the kind of context a payment signal can provide; they are not live data, a system, or a prediction about any real business.
Where the site describes AI-generated prompts, insights or recommendations, they are designed to support human judgement, not to replace it. Decisions on credit, pricing, compliance, approvals and customer contact remain with the institution and the people it authorises.
Open Banking connections are made only with the relevant customer's consent and only where the market, the product and the agreed implementation support them.
The regions listed under "A global perspective" describe where our experience has been gained. They are not a statement that we hold a licence, operate or supply products in each of those regions.
Intellectual property
The content, design, layout, code, illustrations, and the PayTech, PayTech Neo, Engage, Subtrac, Vero and Agrio names and logos are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party names mentioned on the site remain the property of their owners.
You may read the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share internally when you are considering working with us. You may not republish it, sell it, use it commercially, present it as your own, or scrape it in bulk — including to train a machine learning model — without our written permission.

"Talk to us" opens WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party, and "Meet the Group" opens the PayTech Group website.
We do not control WhatsApp and are not responsible for its content, its availability or its handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement. Read the terms and privacy notice of any service you go on to use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm anyone.
- Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or any connected system.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site's availability, or introduce anything malicious.
- Do not harvest contact details from the site, or use our WhatsApp number to send unsolicited marketing.
- Do not copy the site in bulk by automated means without our permission.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply to it.
We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability
We do not promise that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict it, in whole or in part, for business or operational reasons, without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, so please check it when you return. This version is effective from 1 October 2026.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of Norway. The courts of Norway have exclusive jurisdiction, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue at first instance. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
